Use the Hioki DSM-8542 for measurement functions in electronic materials and semiconductor research, with a wide range of settings for voltage, 0.1 fA high resolution, auto resistivity calculations, memory for measurement data with large values & histogram display of the selected measurements are standard features.

Hioki DSM-8542 Features

  • High Speed Capacitor measurements with the charge terminal
  • 4 point simultaneous insulating material measurements
  • Capacitive insulating material is charged quickly with bulk charging terminal to 250 Volts (at 50milliAmps) or 1,000 Volts (at 10milliAmps) utilizing a low noise, high capacity power source.
  • 100 Ohm input impedance stays constant no matter what the measurement voltage is.
  • Sampling measurement time may be set in the range of 2 to 300 milliseconds to accommodate measurements at high speed.
  • Measurement time shortened significantly with a patented method of averaging (optimization of avg. time of measurement current acceptance, Japan Patent #3461937).
  • Installed charge terminals & handler interface allow easy system support.
  • PC data collection supported.
