Fantech SE/SER series Energy Recovery Ventilators are complete whole-house ventilation systems, which incorporate a supply motor & an exhaust motor all in one unit.
The ERV supply motor brings in fresh air from the outside, while the exhaust motor pushes stale contaminated air out of the house; the two air streams are separated by one core. The ERV enthalpic core transfers moisture and heat from the incoming air to the outgoing air. The temperature and humidity of the air brought into the living area is reduced for maximum comfort. The load on the air conditioner is less, saving on cooling costs. ERVs are designed for humid, warmer climates that require longer cooling seasons.
