Testo 327 Series Combustion Analyzer

When using digital equipment, errors with the measurement process are reduced or eliminated. Analog measurement errors can be the result of interpolation or calibration errors, poor repeatability of the measurement, and most importantly not having a procedure in place to consistently repeat the measurement process.

The truth is digital instruments are faster, more accurate, more reliable, and have a higher repeatability than most analog tools. Digital instruments stay in calibration longer, allow trending, allow more complex functions efficiently. Digital instruments also allow data to be recorded and reported without human error, as well as provide reliable and accurate results for you and your customers. Data is recorded more efficiently than any technician ever could. The calculations and data can also be recorded whether or not the technician is there to see it.

This digital efficiency analyzer is designed for heating technicians who are installing or servicing burners, boilers, furnaces and other combustion appliances to allow safe operation and efficiency of each system.

These lightweight sturdy analyzers are rugged and reliable with durable sensors which come standard with a three year warranty, the best in its class. The 327-1 operates longer in the field with minimal maintenance. Once every three to four years simply order a do it yourself maintenance sensor and supplies for replacement in the field instead of taking or sending it to the factory.
