Fluke will respond to Distributor within 72 hours regarding approval of registered opportunity. Upon approval, Distributor will receive a unique Registration Code. The Registration Code will expire after 90 days from date of authorization unless distributor is granted an extension through the registration process. Distributor is responsible for the follow-up of all registered opportunites.

The Registration Code will be activated upon closing the opportunity and the order is awarded for a Fluke product, regardless of whether the opportunity was won by the registered Distributor. Registration Codes will expire 30 days after activation.
