The 27 case is twice as thick as any other Digital MultiMeter we build. They are completely waterproof to 3 feet of water for one hour, strong enough to withstand chemicals, contaminants, accidental drops and severe electrical overloading.
Designed to meet military specification of MIL-STD-28800 for Style A, Class 2 instruments, the Fluke 27 performs under the extremes of cold, heat, shock, humidity, vibration, and electromagnetic interference.
