Gardner Bender redesigned the B2000 Cyclone electric conduit bender, a single shoe, single unit conduit bending solution, to reduce the time, resources and fatigue involved in making repeatable conduit bends for EMT conduit, IMC conduit, RIGID conduit 1/2 to 2-inch and 1/2 to 1 1/2-inch PVC conduit Coated with Rigid Aluminum. A new circuit board with diagnostics makes the re-engineered Cyclone conduit bender the only powered conduit bending solution to diagnose problems during power-up or operation, expediting maintenance and repair. This built-in intelligence includes a circuit verification phase at power-up, checking the complete electrical system for failures before use to ensure proper operation. In addition, the Cyclone conduit bender features an ergonomic pendant control design which allows one-hand operation.
One shoe bends 1/2" to 2" steel conduit (schedule 40 max), 1/2" to 2" stainless steel conduit (304, 316 grades) and aluminum Rigid conduit, IMC conduit, EMT conduit. Also bends 1/2" to 1-1/4" PVC-coated conduit on EMT conduit shoe in next larger shoe groove. Perfect for bending pipe, bending tube, pvc conduit, bending steel pipe.
